Two men in fishing boat saw light moving along shore, when witness. approached two large rocks, light did same, came to 50m, remained stationary until boat moved away, repeated 3x, witness. left because of fear.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One light, around 100 feet away, was observed by two experienced male witnesses on the ocean for over 60 minutes (Selgas). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 232: Reliable source,secondhand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
