Water associated UFO. Disc rises and flies rapidly to the east over reservoir. Water rises several meters under craft. Traces.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Gravity effects were noted. Men in black later interviewed witnesses. Animal reactions to the object were reported. Traces found. One disc was observed by one male witness at a lake for two minutes (Florencio).
