Two industrialists saw bright cloud-like object while driving, emitting very bright light. Appeared to collide with object, seen again 20 times during drive.
A hovering object was observed from a car. One blue cloud-like object was observed by two male witnesses on a highway (Nieto). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 201: Reliable source,secondhand; no site visit, or answer unknown; natural explanation requires only slight modification of the data.
