Flash in sky, saw "stainless steel" circular object with disc on top, whirling counter-clockwise, had pipes coming out of it.
An unidentified object was sighted, that had an unusual appearance or performance. One metallic disc was observed by one male witness on a road for over one minute (Haywood).
