Shiny disc descended, had bulge in middle, then circled two witnesses at 30 feet distance. Red light flashing on top.
A flying disc was observed. One silver domed disc, about forty feet away, was observed by two female witnesses, typical age 17, in a city for two minutes (Stratford). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
