Saucer hovered over road for seconds, beamed light down. Shot straight up.
An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One disc was observed by one witness on a road for over one minute. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
