Circle of white lights with red rectangular lights at ends. Buzzes car on country road.
An object was observed. It buzzed a witness. One multi-colored ring was observed on a farm for two minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
