Coast Guard Cutter incident.
Electromagnetic effect: radar and communication equipment malfunction. Red sphere. Odors cause one crewmember to pass out. An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One red ball was observed by several male military witnesses on the ocean for five minutes.
