Triangular or diamond silver object, sketch. Object kept changing shape. Flew all over harbor area.
A hovering object was observed using optical instruments. One silver shifting-shape object was observed by one male 41-year-old witness on a river for four hours (Ionescu). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
