Ball of light hovers in sky for 40 minutes changing colors and spewing sparks, then maneuvers around sky.
A hovering object was observed. One ball, about 3 inches across, was observed by three experienced witnesses for 40 minutes (Aurel). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
