Odd noise, hexagonal UFO directs beam down on ice covered lake. Dangles what looks like a chain. Zigzagged.
An object was observed. It zig-zagged through the air. One polygonal object was observed by two witnesses in the tundra for five minutes. An odd sound was heard. Hynek rating: NO: Nocturnal Objects Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
