Blue-white ovoid buzzes car. Electromagnetic effect: car engine stalls. Ok when UFO gone.
An object was observed. It buzzed a witness. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One blue-white ovoid object was observed by two witnesses on a road for two minutes.
