Disc-like object on ground near road; radio and engine effected. Engine restarted by itself when object departed. Physiological effects.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. One red domed disc, about 5 feet across, about forty feet away, was observed in clear weather by one female witness on a road for 30 seconds. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
