Two discs with several beams of light upward plus small blue lights, discs maneuver in all directions.
Flying discs were observed. More than two blue discs were observed by one witness on a road for over one minute. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
