15m wide orange triangle 20m away. Throbs. Witness feels tingling, paralysis. Animal reaction: frogs disturbed, leave area.
An object was observed. Physiological effects were noted. One orange triangle, about 80 feet across, about fifty feet away, was observed by one witness in a residential area for over one minute. A throbbing sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
