30m diameter ball of light hovers 15m over ground. Unpleasant odor. Electromagnetic effect: car radio. It flies to the north.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One ball, about 150 feet across, was observed by three witnesses at a mountain for over one minute.
