Electromagnetic effect: car engine dies. Small humanoid, .9m tall, with big feet and long arms. Greenish color. Car restarts spontaneously.
Little men observed, simultaneous with electromagnetic effects. An object and its occupants were observed at close range by a 25-year-old witness on a road for two minutes. One 10-inch-tall little green man was seen.
