Huge blue domed disc by highway N65. Had portholes, hot beams of light. Electromagnetic effects: car engine and lights died.
A flying disc emitting a blue beam was observed. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. One blue domed disc, of huge size, was observed on a road for two minutes.
