Fog, mist, vapor. Green fog envelopes car, electromagnetic effects. two silver figures on road, snow melts.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One green cloud-like object was observed on a road for five minutes. Two beings, each wearing a silver suit, were seen.
