Silver cigar stops in vertical position when hit by car headlights. Traces.
An object was observed. Traces found. One silver cigar-shaped object, about 5 feet across, was observed by one 23-year-old witness on a road for several minutes (Bouiller; Fourneret). One 3.2-foot-tall dwarf was seen.
