Disc landed on banks of Seine R. two short humanoids, 3' tall, reboard. UFO lifts off silently, rapidly to the southeast.
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. One disc, about 10 feet across, was observed by one female witness on a river. No sound was heard. Two 3-foot-tall dwarves, each wearing a gray suit and helmet, were seen.
