An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One yellow-orange ball, about 2 feet across, was observed on a river (Rotela). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
