Electromagnetic effect:television, refrigerator. 6.5' tall being wore blue-green metallic coverall, black belt with box, helmet, boots. Witness touched hand, felt cold, rubbery. Eyes glowed. Being went outside, vanished.
Electromagnetic, gravity and physiological effects were noted. An unidentified object at close range and its occupants were observed by one male 62-year-old witness in a residential area briefly (Rey). One 6.5-foot-tall tall being, wearing a blue-green coverall and belt, was seen.
