Many witnesses, viewed with binoculars. Metallic ovoid landed slowly on slopes of Cerro Negro.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One metallic ovoid object was observed by a male witness at a mountain for 164 minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
