23 January 1979 Night Casanare, Colombia 
Second light suddenly appeared, descended, materialized into a metallic object, put out three legs to land. three bipeds came out with huge helmets. Waterspout formed after take-off.
Objects were observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Two objects were observed by several witnesses on a highway (Pineda). Three bipedal beings, each wearing a helmet, were seen.
