Power blackout, then intense light. Domed oval hovered 50m above witness, was 10m long. Luminous beam, felt intense heat, object oscillated smoothly in air. Sunburn. Documented power outage same time.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. One red domed oval object, about 40 feet across, around 100 feet away, was observed (Torres).
