Shiny balloon object hovered, then maneuvered, vanished and reappeared. Made 90 degree turn and away fast.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and aerobatic performance. One shiny balloon-like was observed on a road for over three minutes. Hynek rating: DO: Daylight Objects Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
