Viewed through binoculars. Wedge shaped UFO at 1,000', stopped overhead, rose to 5,000', flew rapidly to the southwest. Emits slow nocturnal light.
A cigar-shaped object was observed. Multiple independent witnesses. One orange wedge was observed by over 10 witnesses on the shore for ten minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
