Metallic cylinder hovered just above ground, 40m away. 30cm tall, 10cm in diameter.
A hovering object was observed. One metallic cylinder, about 1 foot across, around 100 feet away, was observed by one witness in a residential area for over one minute. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
