Dentist incident.
Small black dot high in sky. Flies at speed against the wind. Back on 16 July 1995. An unidentified object was sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation. One black dot was observed by numerous experienced witnesses in the suburbs briefly. No sound was heard.
