UFO came down quickly over submarine base housing, hovered over playground. Occupant with big head, pointed "cat" ears, wrinkled skin, open hatch, pointed beam at boys on swings. Levitation of swings.
A hovering object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Gravity effects were noted. One dark domed disc, about 80 feet across, was observed by two male witnesses, typical age 10, near a nuclear test site (Springsteen). One 6.5-foot-tall goblin-like being, wearing a green suit, was seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO.
