3' diameter disc with lights passed car at 6' altitude. No electromagnetic effects. Shot straight up.
An object was observed. It buzzed a witness. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One disc, about 5 feet across, about ten feet away, was observed by three witnesses on a highway for over one minute. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
