Many cars stop on I-84 near Taconic Parkway Exit. 100 yard object with bright light.
A hovering crescent-shaped object was observed. One crescent-shaped object, about 300 feet across, was observed by one female 31-year-old witness on a highway (Dickinson). No sound was heard.
