Teacher and students saw dark metallic disc hover in the southwest, 10 degree tilt, maneuvered and stops, then vertical ascent and gone.
A hovering flying disc was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One metallic disc was observed by a group of witnesses at a building for two minutes (Ysaguerre). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
