Domed disc jumpred in spurts. Had flat bottom, antenna on top.
A hovering flying disc was observed. One domed disc was observed by two witnesses on a road for five minutes (Rodriquez). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
