Large disc descended, tilted, came down into trees. Rose up, amazing maneuvers. near nuclear submarine base.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One disc, larger than a star, was observed in cloudy weather by more than three male witnesses, typical age 48, near a nuclear test site for 70 minutes (Green; Hall; Moore; Orange; Souliotis; Souther). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
