Police incident.
Electromagnetic effect: Radio frequency interference. Many reports. three nocturnal lights circle and buzz sherriff's cars. Police radio dies for 15 minutes. Objects were observed. They buzzed a witness. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Multiple independent witnesses. Three lights were observed by six witnesses (as reported to the police) on a farm for 20 minutes.
