Silver disc hovered 20 feet over river, extended tube into water. two photos taken. UFO retracted tube, buzzed car, changed color from blue-green to red-orange, three - 1/2" rocks of iron pyrite found at site.
A flying disc was observed and photographed. Metallic traces found. Multiple independent witnesses. One changing color disc, about 40 feet across, about ten feet away, was observed by three male witnesses, typical age 16, on a river for over 25 minutes (Dowdy; Thrush, P). A clanking sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
