Photos, power outage. Sphere with tripod landing gear rises from lake, hovers near field. Discs seen high and low altitudes. Explanation: Lensflare.
Objects were observed and photographed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Several spheres were observed in stormy weather by one female witness in a pasture for 20 minutes (Jeffries; Turnbaugh).
