10 February 1979 Night Melo, Uruguay 
Police officer and wife chased by UFO second time. Object gave off multicolored flashes of light. Maneuvered over their house for 20 minutes after they got home.
An object was observed from a car. One multi-colored object was observed by two witnesses, a married couple,, as reported to the police, in a residential area for over 20 minutes (Costa). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
