Oval-shaped object approached car to 150-300 feet away. Had cluster of very bright strobe-like lights, lit up ground. Made V-turn, stopped over water tower. No noise.
A hovering object was observed. One white oval object, around 100 feet away, was observed by four female witnesses, typical age 27, on a road for a few minutes (Jeffery). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
