Police incident.
Rash of sightings since end of January by police, college students, others. Circular disc with intense green, blue, white lights. Tubular object illuminated in three distinct sections. Hovered over water. Hovering objects were observed. More than one multi-colored disc was observed by a male witness (as reported to the police) on the shore for a few seconds.
