Viewed through binoculars. Bluish silver disc, "like a frisbee that was dropped and floating down", looked reflective on outer portions, dark in middle. No weather balloons in area.
A hovering flying disc was observed. One silver disc was observed by four experienced male witnesses (as reported to the police) in a residential area for ten minutes (Jacobs).
