Pendulum motion. Noise like rough sandpaper, starting and stopping, heard first. Silver object hovered, rocked "like a waltz, from side to side" Had two fins. Red bump on top, went behind trees.
An object was observed. It moved with a falling-leaf motion. One silver domed disc was observed by two witnesses at a hospital (Hards). A grinding sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
