Mini-bus driver saw object in sky above road. Cigar-shaped object turned at an easy angle, traveled toward Newport. One of passengers also saw it.
A cigar-shaped object was observed. One cigar-shaped object was observed by two female witnesses (Morrison, P). No sound was heard.
