Dam security guard paralyzed after firing on UFO with multicolored lights, taken to hospital. Drew revolver, fired, between second and third shots violent flash hit him. Blinded, hearing impaired by loud noise.
An object was observed. Physiological effects were noted. One multi-colored object, about fifty feet away, was observed by one male witness at a dam (Martins). A turbine-like sound was heard.
