Couple saw bright light in north sky, moved back-and-forth through wide arc for almost two minutes before went behind clump of trees.
An object was observed. It moved with a falling-leaf motion. One light was observed by two witnesses at a park for two minutes (Fiest, M). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
