In 1956 Night Gander E, Newfoundland, Canada 
USN R7V-2 Super Constellation incident.
Cluster of UFOs sighted by air crew, 25 miles ahead. one luminous disc climbed to their altitude, banked, slowed, paced, pitched up 2200 knots. Had series of jet exhausts or light from openings in rim. Objects were tracked by radar and sighted visually. A group of luminous discs was observed in clear weather by seven male military witnesses, typical age 34, for 12 seconds.
