Engineering Professor incident.
Nocturnal light skimmed ground. three 38" diameter imprints in 18' triangle, burnt bush. An object was observed. Ground traces were found. One light was observed by two witnesses in a residential area for over one minute. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
