Huge disc hovered 60m over bridge. Had windows on side, flickering light from.
An object was observed from a car. One disc, of huge size, was observed in clear weather by five witnesses at an electric plant for ten minutes (Freese). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
